2. Construction of 30 by 35 foot single story building with 2 bedrooms for 6 people total, a dining room/hall, a bathroom, a kitchen a small counseling room and a porch....completed
2a. Electricity for the building...not done
3. Digging of a bore hole to provide water for the building in all seasons...not done

Operational costs: we are considering using the residence as a half-way house
4. Subsidy for a manager/counselor for the 6 patients per year
4a. Three month training in counseling for manager/counselor
5. Part-time Vocational advisor for the patients
6. Food and housing (electricity) for 6 residents. This cost will be born by the patients in outright cash or in kind work on the site.
